Welcome to the Virtual Newsroom for FETC 2011! This site is designed to give members of the media access to up-to-date information necessary for covering the upcoming conference.

In this press area, you will find general information about FETC 2011, including a contact list, FETC Fact Sheet, news releases, conference graphics and more. Media representatives who wish to attend are encouraged to register for their press credentials as soon as possible. Access to conference activities is only available to registered media wearing official, FETC-issued identification badges.

Please note that the Opening Session will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 1, and the grand opening of the Exhibit Hall will follow immediately at 5:00 p.m. With so many exhibits, sessions and workshops to experience, it is advantageous to schedule your time in advance. For a complete conference schedule click here. FETC is pleased to maintain a working Press Room on-site to provide an easily accessible, centrally-located place where registered media can receive information, conduct interviews, file stories or just relax. This year the Press Room will offer only wireless Internet access, so please be sure to have an active wireless card for your laptop computer.

The website will be updated frequently as the conference approaches. The list of registered press is now available under the 'Registered Press' tab on the left navigation bar. Make sure to visit the Virtual Newsroom regularly for the latest developments on FETC 2011.
